How To Unlock Future DLC Characters?: As a pre-order bonus of the Amazon physical retail disc-version you will receive a ‘Shigekiyo “Shigechi” Yangu’ download code for free. And on the Namco Bandai store the pre-order bonus for the same disc-version is a Yoshikage Kira download code.
Sometime after the PlayStation 3 exclusive’s launch period from April 25th & 29th, 2014, all 9 downloadable characters will be made available for play in the roster via paid DLC, they are:

• Narciso Anasui — His DLC gets added to “Part 6: Stone Ocean” Story Mode.
• Pannacotta Fugo — His DLC gets added to “Part 5: Vento Aureo” Story Mode.
• Shigekiyo Yangu — His DLC gets added to “Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable” Story Mode.
• Vanilla Ice — His DLC gets added to “Part 3: Stardust Crusaders” Story Mode.
