In Ultimate each character will have on average 3 more costumes available over DOA5.

Tip To Get All Of The Costumes: You will need to compete both offline & online and win to unlock the entire selection. For example, you’ll be able to unlock costumes using points from online ranked matches.

Tip To Unlock Costumes Faster: Earn costumes by playing through Arcade / Tag Arcade and Time Attack / Tag Time Attack. New in Ultimate is that you’ll be able to unlock two costumes (one for each character) by playing these Tag modes. Not only do you unlock more costumes but it’s faster time-wise, because there are fewer stages to finish. — Note: Unlocking costumes this way via the Tag modes means you can only unlock costumes once for each difficulty level, so if you unlock a costume under “Rookie” difficulty you’ll have to play under “Easy” difficulty to unlock the next costume.

• Kasumi Kimono — How To Unlock: Clear the Kasumi vs. Christie battle in the True Kasumi chapter of Story Mode.

• Lisa’s Swimsuit — How To Unlock: With any character beat Survival mode on Legend difficulty. / Or play 200 Online Ranked Matches.

• Tina’s Swimsuit — How To Unlock: With any character beat Solo Arcade mode on Legend difficulty without continuing. / Or play 50 Online Ranked Matches.

• Pre-order DLC with the American GameStop is the J-Pop costumes for Kasumi and Ayane and “bad girl” costumes for Momiji, Rachel, Tina, Christie, Helena, and Lisa.

• Pre-order DLC with American Amazon are the schoolgirl costumes for Kokoro, Leifang, Hitomi, and Mila.

• Pre-order DLC with UK’s GAME will offer fans a colorful pack with costumes for Kokoro, Leifang, Hitomi and Mila.

• Pre-order DLC with the European Amazon are two costumes for the fierce and beautiful ninjas Kasumi and Ayane.

Which DLC Costume Packs Are Not Included In DOA5U?: As far as we know all Swimsuits, Cheerleaders, and Santa Costumes are NOT included. Go to the official game developer Team Ninja DOA5 DLC Website to get the full listing of pack names. These should be most of the DLC Costumes found in Costume Pack Rounds 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 & 10.
