* “History Lesson” (5 Gamerscore Achievement / Bronze Trophy) — Found a Memento.
* “Gone, But Not Forgotten” (30 Gamerscore Achievement / Silver Trophy) — Found all Mementos.
* Bonus: After finding all Mementos you need to bring them back to Solchol in Camp of the Forgotten, and you’ll get an “Enhanced Vitality” health upgrade.

Tip: In order to reach the Mementos you have to make progress in the main story until you obtain the magnetic hook. The magnetic hook will be given to you automatically after finishing the main missions for the Camp of the Forgotten.

How to find missing Mementos?: In-game the Mementos will appear next to deceased expedition members as an item they treasured, like a silver flask. You can pick it up to collect when you stand next to it. It can be confirmed as being Mementos simply by walking up to it, as the on-screen text will then tell you can press the action button/key to “Pick Up Item”, after which the item will be identified as a Memento and you’re asked to hold on to the item.

Does the game save each Mementos you collect?: Yes, the game will automatically save the Mementos you collected as part of the objective. But it’s still recommended you finish the entire mission you’re in to the end to be safe.
