Payday 2 is an action-packed, four-player co-op heist shooter that once again lets gamers don the masks of the original Payday crew – Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains. The new CrimeNet network offers a huge range of dynamic contracts and players are free to choose anything from small-time convenience store hits or kidnappings, to cyber-crime or emptying out bank vaults. As the crew progresses the jobs become bigger, better and more rewarding. Along with earning more money and becoming a legendary criminal comes a new character customization & crafting system that lets crews build & customize their own guns and gear.

Please note that viewers must be at least 18 to watch, so no harm comes to those with innocent eyes. This game includes Blood, Drug Reference, Intense Violence, Strong Language, Suggestive Themes.

PAYDAY 2 is an action-packed, four-player co-op shooter that once again lets gamers don the masks of the original PAYDAY crew – Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains – as they descend on Washington DC for an epic crime spree.

The new CRIMENET network offers a huge range of dynamic contracts, and players are free to choose anything from small-time convenience store hits or kidnappings, to big league cyber-crime or emptying out major bank vaults for that epic PAYDAY. While in DC, why not participate in the local community, and run a few political errands?

Up to four friends co-operate on the hits, and as the crew progresses the jobs become bigger, better and more rewarding. Along with earning more money and becoming a legendary criminal comes a new character customization and crafting system that lets crews build and customize their own guns and gear.

Key Game Features:

  • Rob Banks with Friends – Players must choose their crew carefully, because when the job goes down they will need the right mix of skills on their side.
  • CRIMENET – The dynamic contract database lets gamers pick and choose from available jobs by connecting with local contacts such as Vlad the Ukrainian, shady politician “The Elephant”, and South American drug trafficker Hector, all with their own agenda and best interests in mind.
  • PAYDAY gun play and mechanics on a new level – firing weapons and zip tying civilians never felt so good.
  • Dynamic Scenarios – No heist ever plays out the same way twice. Every single scenario has random geometry or even rare events.
  • Choose Your Skills – As players progress they can invest in any of four special Skill Trees: the Mastermind, the Enforcer, the Ghost and the Technician. Each features a deep customization tree of associated skills and equipment to master, and they can be mixed and matched to create the ultimate heister.
  • More Masks than Ever – PAYDAY 2 features a completely new mask system, giving players the ability to craft their own unique mask together with a pattern and a color combination.
  • Weapons and Modifications – A brand new arsenal for the serious heister, covering everything from sniper and assault rifles to compact PDWs and SMGs. Once you’ve settled for a favorite, you can modify it with optics, suppressors, fore grips, reticles, barrels, frames, stocks, all of which will affect the performance of your weapon. There are also purely aesthetic enhancements – why not go for the drug lord look with polished walnut grips for your nine?
  • Play It Your Way – Each job allows for multiple approaches, such as slow and stealthy ambushes, to running in guns blazing. Hit the target any way you want, and watch as the heist unfolds accordingly.

Bain: Jewelry Store – Day 1

Welcome to the Payday 2 walkthrough!

Jewelry Store Job Tips:

1.) Watch for the Hotdog cops. Outside of the store there might be a squad car with 2 cops stopping near a hotdog stand on the furthest right side of the map.

2.) You can have anywhere between 1-2 security guards patrolling the outside and you might have 1 in the front room.

3.) Alleyways on the left and right of the jewelry store (as you look at it). Recommend going through the right alleyway and look into the first set of windows to see if you have a safe to deal with or not.

4.) If stealthing leave 2 people outside to zip tie civilians and kill 1-2 if you have no zip ties. A couple thousand penalty is negligible to a successful and quick payout.

5.) Turret goes well in the alleyways behind the dumpsters. Trip mines are also very helpful in the alleyways or in the back room where the safe spawns. Limits enemy flanking.

6.) Keep 1-2 of the crew in the main room to keep a strong presence. The cops will push in and take ground if you don’t fight for it and making it more difficult to run bags.

7.) Depending on the van spawn location move the bags either to the long set of counters (located in the middle of the room) in the main room or behind the door in the left alleyway (as you view the street from inside the jewelry store). Daisy chain outside of assaults and run bags during if you need to.

8.) Be careful of getting caught in the small room that connects the alleyway with the main street. It might appear to be a “decent” place to hold out but it only has 2 ways in/out and the cops have the majority of map control.

9.) Again a buddy system is great. Have 2 grab the loose jewelry while the other 2 watch for cops/civilians and bag up the larger jewelry.

Vlad: Four Stores – Day 1

Four Stores Job Tips:

1.) 1 person per store. Knock out cameras and zip tie when all civilians possible.

2.) Don’t forget to snag the cash from the cash registers.

3.) Usually you will have 1 large safe. For the Coffee shop it will be in the back room with the big glass window. Pear store is in the room directly behind the registers. China shop can have 1 either in the back room or the side room next to the registers.

4.) Unlock the door in the alley behind the convenience store between assaults or early on in case your extraction vehicle pulls up in that area.

5.) Be aware of the ATMS on this level for more cash.

6.) Stores that have double safes should take priority. Avoid having to cross the street and stick with a buddy system. The great thing about guns is they shoot, and shooting means you can support from a long range.

7.) Use the back alleys and windows to leap out if things get to hot. You can always push your way into that store if it gets swarmed.

8.) The Pear store and the convenience store can be very difficult to hold as the cops love to swarm from the back alleyway. Always check out the back as nothing is worse to get wedged in from two directions. Trip mines can alleviate those issues to a point or a turret behind the tires or rubbish in the back alley.
