DmC Devil May Cry Lost Souls

Lost Souls are described as: “Souls trapped in Limbo. Free them all to increase your mission completion bonus.”

How to find missing Lost Souls?: In-game the Lost Souls will usually appear as screaming-in-agony ghosts trapped inside a wall with their heads and upper body sticking out. They are further revealed by their black & red color with pure white where their eyes and mouth were. It can be confirmed as being Lost Souls simply by walking up to it, and hitting it a few times with your sword (or any other attack) until it disappears and you collect the “Lost Soul”.

Does the game save each Lost Souls you collect?: Yes, the game will save the Lost Souls you just collected, so you don’t have to play to the end of the level.
