Finding all 20 Memory Cards locations unlocks the following achievement/trophy:
* “Memory to Spare” (20 Gamerscore / Silver Trophy) — Gather all the memory cards.

Far Cry 3 Memory Cards Locations Guide

Memory Cards Unlocking Tip:
After you buy all the maps, you can make Memory Cards show up on the map area you’re at by activating a nearby radio tower. Doing that reveals all the locations for the Memory Cards previously hidden in that certain area (if you bought the map for that area).
