Mission 7: Composer
Objective 1: The Master Chief’s pursuit of the Didact leads him to a UNSC science station orbiting Halo Installation 03.
Objective 2: Ivanoff Station is overrun by the Didact’s forces, who are intent on locating the Composer before the Master Chief.
Objective 3: After re-activating the station’s defenses, rendezvous with Tillson and defend the Composer. Dr. Tillson’s revelation of the Composer results in a drastic course of action from the Chief.
Protip: Near the end of the level, after the first lifeboat got shut down and you have to prevent that from happening to the other lifepods, you’ll encounter a lot of Covenant resistance. As you enter the area called “AIRLOCKS” you’ll see a lot of airlock doors on the sides. You can stall the Covenant by closing their doors to prevent them from coming inside the area and ambushing you further. It gets even better once a bunch of them are inside a closed airlock (indicated by a bright green light console), then you can walk up to the door and hold the X button on your Xbox 360 controller to vent the airlock out, thus killing all enemies at once without firing a single shot! 😀
Optional Objective: In Mission 7 in solo Campaign, take out both Hunters using only the Sticky Detonator. Successfully doing this will unlock the “Give Him the Stick” Achievement worth 20 Gamerscore Points.
