Sequence 12: The Sum of Truth

“Sequence 12: The Sum of Truth” — 1782… New York.

Mission 1 “Laid to Rest” Objective: Haytham’s funeral provides an excellent chance to get the elusive Charles Lee.
Full Synchronization:
• Limit regular kills – 0/15
• Escape the HMS Jersey without entering into open conflict.
• Kill the HMS Jersey’s captain.
• Completed all the constraints in one playthrough.

Mission 2: Chasing Lee

Mission 2 “Chasing Lee” Objective: It is time for Charles Lee to die.
Full Synchronization:
• Stay within range of Lee – 50
• Do not shove anyone during the chase.
• Do not take any fire damage.
• Completed all the constraints in one playthrough.

Connor Ending

Watch the ending to the Assassin’s Creed 3 adventures of Connor Kenway AKA Ratonhnhaké:ton.

Desmond Ending

Watch the ending to the Assassin’s Creed 3 adventures of Desmond Miles.

Open the Temple Door to learn Desmond’s fate in what is essentially “Desmond Sequence 4: No Good Deed Goes Unpunished”.

But wait! This is not the end of the game, there are two Epilogue Missions that become available to play right after the ending.

Hey Gavin, commentary stopped near the end of the game because he lost the audio track on his recordings. So since he didn’t want to play the game all over again, he didn’t put up any more sequences. I thought it best to use another expert player’s walkthrough to wrap up the game, as to still be able to help as many people as possible, which luckily worked out fine.
