Secret Movie

Secret #1: At the start of Doom 3, after you kill the first scientist who gets turned into a zombie, look at the main control panel. One of the screens right near you should be blinking red. Click on the red-blinking screen to watch a secret movie.

Machine Gun Secret

Secret #2: Did you know you could get a Machine Gun in the Underground passage early in the game? After you get your Shotgun and reach the security area, go inside and unlock the door. After the door is unlocked, on the same screen, look at the bottom of the screen and click on one of two choices. One should bring up the lockers, showing one is locked and the other open. Click on the one that says locked. Now head out into the elevator room and kill the imp that jumps down. Look at the lockers to see the other one is now open, allowing you to have the Machine Gun and more Shotgun ammo.

Secret Rooms

Secret #3: There are two secret rooms in the game that can be unlocked when you press on the id Software logo (in Doom 3) and the RAGE game logo (in Doom 3: The Lost Mission). Descriptions on how to find & open them can be found on the Doom 3 BFG Edition Easter Eggs page here.
