How To Unlock The Omega Blades Weapon
Weapon Location: After you receive Strife’s Redemption pistol, you’ll be able to use it to access Shadow Gorge by blowing up the Shadowbombs that are blocking access to the gate. The location is west of Stonefather’s Vale and the Maker’s Realm. Follow “The Shattered Forge” Quest. Detailed location shown in the video guide below.
Description: The Omega Blades were built, piece by piece, from the shattered weapons of slain angels. When wielded, the Omega Blades ignite with raging fires. Each strike of the scythes can cause opponents to erupt into flames, and those flames can spread to nearby enemies. This effect, known as the Omega Fire (its special ability if you level up the weapon), consumes all those who oppose the balance.
Special Ability: Omega Fire. Deliver a 1-2 punch; a downward cross followed by an uppercut.

How To Unlock The Spectral Scythes Weapon
Weapon Location: In the “Chapter 5: Heart of the Mountain” Quest “Road to the Foundry”, you’ll find the Spectral Scythes in a hidden treasure chest to the far left of the entrance to the Foundry. This is in the stone pavement area after you cross the just-repaired bridge that leads directly to the Foundry’s doors, look for the chest behind the giant statue and pillar.

How To Unlock Darksiders 1 Weapons
How To Unlock: For the first two have achievements / trophies unlocked on your system for finishing the first Darksiders game on any difficulty level.

Weapon Location: War’s weapons will be in Death’s Inventory menu after going to Tri-Stone and talking to the Maker Shaman Muria.
Description of Pauldron of the Horsemen: Level 5 legendary armor piece. It boosts all Death’s stats as well as his critical damage.
Description of Chaos Fangs: Scythes with the distinctive markings of the Four Horsemen. It reap a heavy toll on enemies. They resemble War’s the infamous deadly Chaoseater.
Description of Rusanov’s Axe: Level 5 axe.
