    Electric Arts Sues Zynga

“Nerdy News” is a mini-news show geared towards gamers, technosexuals, and all other geeky peeps.

In this seventy-ninth episode of Nerdy News, I’ll be reporting on:

    • Sony and Nintendo suffer the most as industry sales continue to decline.
    • As if L.A. wasn’t cool enough, it will now be home to a video game themed nightclub!
    • Hackers strike again, Blizzard is the latest victim.
    • Electric Arts is calling foul over Zynga’s new game, “The Ville”.

Here’s the new episode of Nerdy News!

    What do you think?

Reverse psychology conspiracy theories aside, what do you think is holding the Vita back from achieving sales like the 3DS? Sony reps claim the vita’s sales are “acceptable”, do you agree? Would you go to a video game themed nightclub, filled with consoles and cabinets? Blizzard waited five days before revealing the breach, is that too long? Should users be able to take action to protect their accounts right away? The similarities between EA and Zynga’s games are unmistakeable, but is it enough for a lawsuit?

If you have any advice or tips on how I can improve these videos let me know in the comments! Thanks for all of your opinions! ^_^

I’m a firm believer the word “original” should stricken from the language all artists get inspiration from sources outside themselves, if not stricken used sparingly. Having said that; inspiration is one thing duplication is another. Sometimes even the devil is right though their reason is entirely BS. They should just state it: that game is a direct copy no creativity in that at all.
