New Nintendo downloads this week in America and Europe. The games go live on Thursdays in America at 9AM Pacific time and in Europe at 5PM UK/GMT time.

Nintendo has now added new/classic games to the Wii Shop Channel, Nintendo DSi Shop and Nintendo 3DS eShop. Users with a high-speed Internet connection can redeem Wii Points or Nintendo DSi Points to download the games. Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel. Nintendo DSi Points can be purchased in the Nintendo DSi Shop. While the Nintendo eShop is a cash-based service, where virtual wallets are added to using a credit card or by purchasing a Nintendo 3DS Prepaid Card at a retail store and entering the code from the card. A Nintendo Points Card can be purchased at retail locations or Amazon.com.

• 3D Solitaire (3DSWare, $3)
3D Solitaire for the Nintendo 3DS brings the classic game of Solitaire to beautiful stereoscopic 3D environments. Featuring easy pick-up-and-play action, 3D Solitaire stacks the deck in three beautiful 3D environments! Players can unlock a user photo mode allowing them to use their own pictures as backgrounds for the game for a more customized look.

Super Mario Land – “A Month of Mario” continues this week with Mario’s very first Game Boy adventure, Super Mario Land. Starting today through Wednesday, Aug. 8, the game is available at a discounted price of $2.99.

• The Lost Town: The Jungle (3DS / DSiWare, $5 / 500 DSi Points)
A mysterious meteorite landed in the Amazon jungle, cloaking the land in darkness and causing villagers and animals to go insane. You must locate the meteorite and use your elite combat skills to help get rid of it.
