Welcome to another Let’s Talk video with Meg!

In this video I will be talking a little bit about my initial thoughts on Capcom’s Resident Evil 6 Demo (the code for which came with my copy of Dragon’s Dogma) and the Solo Mission Campaigns: Leon/Helena, Chris/Piers and Jack/Sherry.

Take a look at my first impressions of the Resident Evil 6 Demo!

Feel free to leave your thoughts and opinions on the Resident Evil series, the demo or what you’d like to see in the sixth instalment in the comment section below!

Remember! This is my personal opinion; the only way you can determine what you’ll make of a game is to play it for yourself. Is Dragon’s Dogma right up your alley as a gamer? Then try it out!

I don’t have Dragon’s Dogma so I have to wait 2 months for this awesome Resident Evil 6 demo. It’s just not fair! *pouts*
Thanks for the impressions tho! It’s definitely one of my most anticipated games of the year!

She’s just gone. Capcom doesn’t keep characters – they abandon them. What do you mean glyph? The targetting reticule? Anyway, I wish I had your faith or excitement for this game, absolutely nothing whatsoever in the demo appealed to me as a 15 year RE player – especially not the Leon demo as it was just painfully boring and didn’t showcase anything. I was attacked once in Leon, then easily killed the rest of them and overall it just didn’t appeal to me. The Chris part was the best part and that’s just a crying shame because this game is now nothingb ut a 3rd person shooter.

Thanks for the tip @68b5bb94a01239d1cb6ba889ab11eb0b:disqus , I think I will go that route, just play the demo and jump into the full game fresh.

I’m guessing you didn’t enjoy Resident Evil 5 as much as the first games in the RE series? For me it’s the other way around, I didn’t get into the series until RE4 and RE5 was my favorite because of how much fun it was in co-op mode. (And for the record I did play the RE Remake on GameCube and couldn’t get into it, it was too hardcore survival-horror for me). You should give the RE: Revelations demo on 3DS a try, that has a lot more survival elements to it than the recent action-shooter oriented games.
