Code to unlock: V9SAGT.
How to unlock: You can find the Police Officer in Arkham Asylum’s security office (North Island).
This can only be done after building gold door 1, which requires 15 Gold Bricks.
Price: 25,000 studs.
42. Poison Ivy (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 4: Asylum Assignment, you can find Poison Ivy in the Gotham City open world inside the Botanical Gardens (North Island) area.
Beat Poison Ivy to unlock her for purchase.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Special abilities: Double Jump & Flower Power.

43. Ra’s Al Ghul (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 4: Asylum Assignment, you can find the Ra’s Al Gul location in the open world on a rooftop in the Metro Station (North Island) area.
Beat Ra’s Al Ghul to unlock him for purchase.
Price: 100,000 studs.
44. Riddler Henchman (Enemy)
Code to unlock: Q285LK.
How to unlock: Beat the Riddler Henchmen in Gotham City. They can be found in the Central Island & Power Station areas.
Price: 25,000 studs.
45. Robin (Hero)
Available with: Acrobat Suit, Hazard Suit, Ice Suit, and Magnet Suit.
46. Shazam (Hero)

47. Sinestro (Villain)
How to unlock: You must first complete the Story Mode up to Level 4: Asylum Assignment.
Then go to the open world map to look up Sinestro’s location, and highlight him on the map using the red exclamation point marker to know where to go. He can be found on a rooftop in the Metro Station (Central) area of Gotham City.
Defeat him to make him available to buy.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Special ability: Flying.

48. Supergirl (Hero)
How to unlock: This can only be done after building gold door 11, which requires ALL 250 Gold Bricks!
You can find Supergirl by heading towards Gotham Zoo — from there go in to your map and “Scan” to see a gold door — and then turn towards a high rooftop east of Gotham Park (Central Island) where she is at the top of a building.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Special abilities: Flight, Heat Vision, Invincibility, X-ray Vision, Power Build, Super Strength, Freeze Breath & Super Breath.

49. Superman (Hero)
How to unlock: Superman becomes available after you complete either Level 5: Chemical Crisis or Level 7: Unwelcome Guest.
Special abilities: Flight, Heat Vision, Invincibility, X-ray Vision, Power Build, Super Strength, Freeze Breath & Super Breath.
50. The Flash (Hero)
How to unlock: The Flash becomes available after you complete Level 15: Heroes Unite.
Special abilities: Power Build & Super-Speed.
51. The Joker (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 15: Heroes Unite, you can find The Joker’s location on the Ace Chemicals rooftop in Gotham City (Central Island).
Beat up The Joker to unlock him to buy.
Note: If The Joker isn’t showing up for you on the rooftop, make sure you’ve first defeated all The Joker’s goons, and if he still doesn’t show up then look around the area by turning your character in circles until he pops up!
Price: 250,000 studs.
Special abilities: Joker Box Opener & Drain/Charge.

52. The Penguin (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 4: Asylum Assignment, you can find The Penguin’s location at the Gotham Zoo (Central Island) inside the Arctic World globe.
Beat up The Penguin to unlock him, so you can buy him.
Note: He’s one of two switchable characters you need to complete the Bonus Level (the other is Clark Kent). That’s because The Penguin is the only character who can do special explosive attacks to destroy Silver Lego Objects with his Bomb Goons. Tap the attack button to release one & hold the attack button to detonate.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Special abilities: Umbrella Glide & Explosive Attacks (Bomb Goons).

53. The Martian Manhunter (Hero)
How to unlock: You can find the Martian Manhunter location on a rooftop north of Gotham Park (Central Island).
This can only be done after building gold door 9, which requires 175 Gold Bricks.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Special abilities: Flight, Super Strength & Heat Vision.
54. The Riddler (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 4: Asylum Assignment, you can find The Riddler’s location at the top of Wayne Tower. He’s near the riddler box on the roof.
Beat up The Riddler to unlock him to buy.
Note: If you go the top of Wayne Tower, destroy everything, fight the robots, and still don’t see The Riddler… Then you need to have activated the remote satellite computer pad nearby where you can look at the map and choose vehicles and this unclouds the map and makes The Riddler appear.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Special ability: Riddler Box Opener.

55. The Scarecrow (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 4: Asylum Assignment, you can find The Scarecrow’s location inside the big pumpkin at the Amusement Mile (North Island) area.
Defeat The Scarecrow to unlock him for buying.
Note: If hitting The Scarecrow doesn’t seem to do any damage, that probably means you’re still seeing a giant Lego Scarecrow. You should first destroy the three gas tanks behind him, and only then begin to punch & kick him to defeat him.
Price: 125,000 studs.

56. Two-Face (Villain)
How to unlock: After you’ve finished Level 4: Asylum Assignment, you can find Two-Face’s location on the rooftop of City Hall (South Island).
Defeat Two-Face in a fight to unlock him for buying.
Price: 125,000 studs.
57. Two-Face Henchman (Enemy)
Code to unlock: 95KPYJ. How to unlock: Beat the Two-Face Henchmen in Gotham City. They can be found in the Central Island & City Hall areas (like Two-Face).
Price: 25,000 studs.
58. Vicki Vale (Civilian)
How to unlock: You’ll need to have collected 20 gold bricks already to build gold door 16 that unlocks her.
She can be found on a rooftop east of the Gotham Bank (South Island) area in Gotham City.
Price: 125,000 studs.
Pronunciation: Once you’ve heard Chuck sing the “Vicky Vale” tune he makes up, there’s no other way to say the name… 🙂
59. Wonder Woman (Hero)
How to unlock: Wonder Woman becomes available after you complete Level 15: Heroes Unite.
Special abilities: Flight, Super Strength, Lasso of Truth Grapple & Boomerang Tiara.
60. Zatanna (Hero)

61-74. Superboy, Deathstroke, Azrael, Lucius Fox, Red Hood, Killer Frost, Deadshot, Green Arrow, Black Mask, Red Robin (AKA Tim Drake), Lady Shiva, Mr. Zsaz, Vixen, and Talia al Ghul — All are exclusive to the portable/handheld versions of the game.
Cheetah removal explained: Cheetah’s voice actress Claudia Black isn’t listed in the game’s ending credits as a voice-over actor, so I’m guessing a character that was officially announced by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment simply didn’t make it into the final game as a playable character. These things do happen during game development.
