#1. Chapter 1, Checkpoint 2.
#2. Chapter 8, Checkpoint 11.
#3. Chapter 11, Checkpoint 7.
#4. Chapter 12, Checkpoint 6.

You can find it in Chapter 9 inside of a house where a lady start freaking out. Just find the T.V. and watch through the first commercial and the news should come on eventually showing a police sketch that look exactly like the original Max Payne character model from Max Payne 1.

To find it go to the multiplayer map “Tiete River Docks” and go into the room shown in the video below. The walls have screenshots of the planes in Grand Theft Auto V.
