“Nerdy News” is a mini-news show geared towards gamers, technosexuals, and all other geeky peeps.

In this sixty-eighth episode of Nerdy News, I’ll be reporting on:

The MaKey MaKey Invention Kit turns just about any object into a touchpad.
343 industries has released the details of the Limited Edition Halo 4.
Nintendo is killing off their aqua blue 3DS… IN JAPAN ONLY.
BioWare is seeking input from fans on their official forum.

Do you have any ideas for the MaKey MaKey Invention Kit? Are you excited for the Limited Edition Halo 4 release? Are you disappointed that there will not be a Legendary release? But why settle for just Dragon Age 3 when you can have both? Last I heard CD Project were either working on a Witcher 2 expansion or The Witcher 3!

Definitely. Wasn’t expecting them to give PC gamers (on GOG) a free upgrade to The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition.

Actually, I believe that everyone who has the PC version can get a free upgrade. (http://www.thewitcher.com/enhancededition/ ) That is one of the things that makes them so great. They did the same thing with The Witcher 1, and was one of the reasons I fell in love with the company to begin with. Talk about a developer that knows how to treat their customers right. Now giving everyone with a PC version the free GOG backup copy that is essentially a digital collector’s edition? THAT was unexpected

am excited about the work in progress for Dragon Age 3. Hope it is more like Dragon Age Origins. DA2 was good, but the world was not as big.. not as much to expore. The character’s didn’t seem to have the depth of DA Origins. I don’t like the multiplayer online games. Hope they don’t screw it up!
