It’s starting to look like Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will be publisher Activision & developer Treyarch’s next annual Call of Duty installment for 2012!
Rumor has it that a retailer received the above shown Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 promo poster!
As you can see, there’s a game announcement date on the poster, that lists May 2nd, 2012 as the day to “Return For Debriefing”. That’s likely when the official Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 announcement will be made for Fall 2012.
Obviously this is all rumor and speculation, but we only have to wait until next week to find out.
Update: Activision just confirmed the “World Reveal” of the next Call of Duty game will happen on May 1st on TNT during the basketball playoffs.
