Last November Activision pulled off the biggest media launch ever with 9 million copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 sold worldwide in its first 3 weeks in America alone. Crazy as it sounds, that may mean that this year it’s set to have more than 25+ million sales worldwide!

Last week Banpresto released the second part of the “2nd Super Robot Wars Z” series in Japan, exclusively made for the PSP. It’s the sequel, titled “Regeneration Chapter” to the best selling portable Super Robot Wars tactical RPG game with ever-popular mecha’s you can pilot.

Here’s the Japanese TV commercial starring singer Ichiro Mizuki, who’s famous for singing 104 songs to many classic anime openings over the past 40 years.

Mass Effect 3 is the final game in the Mass Effect Trilogy. Being highly anticipated, and still getting plenty of exposure a month after release because of its ending controversy and subsequent free ending DLC announcement. It must be true what they say: even bad publicity is still publicity. Regardless, EA is quickly selling through the 3.5 million copies it shipped worldwide.
