There are 50 Achievements (10 Secret) with a total of 1000 points to earn in the Xbox 360 version.

There are 51 Trophies (10 Hidden) that can be earned in the PS3 version. Earn Bronze (37), Silver (11), Gold (1), Platinum (1) and to increase your Gamer Level.

1. Witness (20G) — Witness the beginning of the Raccoon City outbreak.
2. Corrupted (20G) — Complete the second mission of the USS campaign.
3. Danger, High Voltage! (20G) — Complete the third mission of the USS campaign.
4. Rogue’s Gallery (20G) — Complete the fourth mission of the USS campaign.
5. Betrayal (20G) — Complete the fifth mission of the USS campaign.
6. Down in the Labs (20G) — Complete the sixth mission of the USS campaign.
7. Outbreak Survivalist (25G) — Complete all U.S.S. missions on Veteran.
8. Raccoon City Cleanser (35G) — Complete all U.S.S. missions on Professional.
9. Success (30G) — Complete all U.S.S. missions with an S Rank.
10. Great Success (45G) — Gain S+ on all U.S.S. mission on Professional/Veteran difficulty.

11. On A Roll (15G) — Achieve a 5 kill streak in a Versus match.
12. Skill… Or Luck? (25G) — Achieve a 10 kill streak in a Versus match.

13. Now That’s G (15G) — Collect 3 G-Virus Samples in one Biohazard match.
14. No Sample For You (30G) — Force 25 enemies to drop G-Virus Samples in Biohazard (lifetime).
15. Supreme Survivors (20G) — In Survivors mode, have all 4 players on your team Survive the game.
16. Fallen Idols (30G) — In Heroes mode, eliminate 4 Heroes in one game.
17. Sampler (20G) — Play at least one match in every Versus game type.
18. You Love to Hate my 98 (50G) — Complete 98 Versus games.

19. Tongue Tied (10G) — Kill a Licker that is grappling a Teammate.

20. Like a Butterfly (15G) — Kill 100 zombies with CQC (lifetime).
21. Green Thumb (25G) — Heal with 101 Green Herbs (lifetime).
22. Down Boy (15G) — Kill 13 zombie dogs (lifetime).
23. These Will Do (10G) — Purchase 5 weapons.
24. Choices Aplenty (15G) — Purchase 15 weapons.
25. Quite The Collection (30G) — Purchase all available weapons.
26. One Trick Pony (10G) — Purchase an ability.
27. Feelin’ Stronger Every Day (15G) — Fully upgrade an ability.
28. Look What I Can Do (20G) — Purchase all abilities for one character class.
29. Ready To Dominate (20G) — Fully upgrade all abilities for one character class.
30. So Many Choices (30G) — Purchase all abilities for all character classes.
31. Epic Standards (40G) — Upgrade all abilities for all characters to its maximum level.

32. Organic Shield (20G) — Kill 5 enemies consecutively while using a zombie as a shield.

33. Baker’s Dozen (30G) — Kill 13 zombified teammates.

34. So Hot Right Now (15G) — Kill 103 enemies with incendiary rounds (lifetime).

35. Bloody Good Time (20G) — Kill 5 enemies by causing Blood Frenzy in a single campaign game or multiplayer match.

36. Up Close and Personal (10G) — Kill 5 players in one multiplayer game with CQC Kills.
37. Like a Bee (20G) — Kill 10 enemy players in one Versus game with CQC.

38. Chaos Averted (5G) — Kill an infected teammate with a headshot before they become a zombie in any mode.

39. A Gun by Any Other Name (15G) — Kill an enemy with each weapon type including special weapons.

40. Raccoon City Mascot (15G) — Collect all 7 Raccoons. — Find one in each of the seven missions using our Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Raccoons locations guide.

Secret Achievements:

41. Died Trying (15G) — Attempt “The Rescue” and fail. — Try to save Leon S. Kennedy, but die in the process.
42. A Hero Spared! (15G) — Attempt “The Rescue” and survive. — Save Leon S. Kennedy.
43. The Loyalists (15G) — Follow orders and defeat all liabilities. — Kill Leon S. Kennedy.

44. Stop Squirming (10G) — 17 Hunters Killed (lifetime).
45. This Place Crawls (15G) — 31 Parasites killed (lifetime).
