Mass Effect 3 Alternate Ending DLC (Nerdy News)

“Nerdy News” is a mini-news show geared towards gamers, technosexuals, and all other geeky peeps.

In this fifty-eighth episode of Nerdy News, I’ll be reporting on:

  • Bethesda and Minecraft developer have made a deal over “Scrolls”.
  • Rovio and MTV are teaming up to fight bullying.
  • A Nonprofit Charity is hosting a video game design challenge for $5,000.
  • BioWare is now considering an alternate ending DLC for ME3.

Here’s the new episode of Nerdy News!

Update: Barely 3 days later the Mass Effect 3 Alternate Ending DLC rumors are confirmed, BioWare‘s blog was updated stating to expect something in April that’ll be “providing more clarity for those seeking further closure to their journey.”

What do you think?

Was Bethesda was merely protecting its trademark as any smart trademark holder would? Or is it right that Mojang be able to use “Scrolls” as their title? Is MTV’s “A Thin Line” campaign a good way to encourage people to stand up against bullying? Does the interactive nature of video games make it a useful tool when using them for education?

If you have any advice or tips on how I can improve these videos let me know in the comments! Thanks for all of your opinions! ^_^
