There are 42 Trophies (0 Hidden) that can be earned in the PS3 version. Earn Bronze (24), Silver (14), Gold (3), Platinum (1) and to increase your Gamer Level.

Silent Hill Downpour Achievements Guide

1. Art Appreciation (5G) — Completed “The Art Collector” side quest. — To find all 6 paintings, visit our Silent Hill Downpour Art Paintings Locations Guide.

2. Ashes, Ashes (10G) — Collected 3 pages of the rhyme book.

3. Birdman (5G) — Completed the “Bird Cage” side quest.

4. Broken Cycle (10G) — Defeated The Bogeyman.

5. Calling All Cars (5G) — Completed the “All Points Bulletin” side quest. — The codes are: D375, C466, B557, and A648.

6. Capital Punishment (100G) — Completed the game on the hard game difficulty setting, any ending.

7. Cutting Room Floor (5G) — Completed the “Cinéma Vérité” side quest. — How to find the Hardware Store: It’s hard to find, because it’s not marked as being a store on your map. Go across the street behind the movie theater. You have to go through an alley next to the theater, and on the map, the lower left part of that street has a weird curvy building. Go around to the side of that building toward the cemetery and that’s the Hardware Store.

8. Dust to Dust (5G) — Completed the “Ashes to Ashes” side quest.

9. Ending A (50G) — Achieved “Forgiveness” ending.
10. Ending B (50G) — Achieved “Truth & Justice” ending.
11. Ending C (50G) — Achieved “Full Circle” ending.
12. Ending D (50G) — Achieved “Execution” ending.
13. Ending E (70G) — Achieved “Surprise!” ending.
14. Fight or Flight? (20G) — Escaped from 20 monsters.
15. Found a Friend! (10G) — Met DJ Ricks in the Radio Station.
16. Going off the Rails (10G) — Escaped from Devil’s Pit.
17. Good Behavior (50G) — Completed the game on any difficulty without killing any monsters.
18. Gun Control (25G) — Killed 25 monsters with the Pistol or Shotgun.
19. Hypochondriac (10G) — Used 20 First Aid Kits.
20. Lockdown (20G) — Killed or incapacitated 10 Prisoner Minions.

21. Long Walk, Short Pier (5G) — Completed the “Ribbons” side quest. Find the missing girl. — Note: The quest only starts when you look at the missing poster.

22. Neighborhood Watch (5G) — Completed the “Stolen Goods” side quest. — Return all the stolen items to the nightstands of their rightful owners in the same building. The video guide will show the house the items can be found in.

23. No Turning Back (10G) — Reached Overlook Penitentiary.
24. Now You’re Cooking… (10G) — Survived the Diner Otherworld.
25. Out of the Frying Pan (10G) — Rode the Sky Tram to Devil’s Pit.
26. Piñata Party (20G) — Killed or incapacitated 10 Weeping Bats.
27. Puzzle Master (100G) — Completed the game on the hard puzzle difficulty setting, any ending.
28. Shadow Boxer (20G) — Killed or incapacitated 10 Dolls.
29. Silence is Golden (20G) — Killed or incapacitated 10 Screamers.

30. Silent Alarm (5G) — Completed “The Bank” side quest. — Head to the Pearl Creek Bank with a gun. Keep opening safety deposit boxes (one at a time) in the vault at the bottom floor of the bank, after going back up to the bank’s entrance hall to beat enemies there, before heading down again to grab the ammo that appears there each time. At the end you’ll get 3 First Aid Kits from the last safety deposit box.

31. Silent Hill Historic Society (50G) — Completed Murphy’s Journal with all Mysteries. — To find all mysteries, visit our Silent Hill Downpour Mysteries Locations Guide.

32. Silent Hill Tour Guide (100G) — Completed all 14 side quests. — Tip: To see how many side quests you’ve completed so far, hit the Start button? and check “Statistics”.

33. Spot the Difference (5G) — Completed the “Mirror, Mirror” side quest.

34. Stay of Execution (25G) — Incapacitated 20 monsters without killing them.
35. Telltale Heart (5G) — Completed the “Dead Man’s Hand” side quest.
36. The Bigger They Are… (20G) — Killed or incapacitated 10 Prisoner Juggernauts.

37. Turn Back Time (5G) — Completed “The Gramophone” side quest. — Note: You’ll need to have done the “Spot the Difference” mirror achievement first, so that you have a lighter to complete this side quest.

38. Useless Trinkets (5G) — Completed the “Digging up the Past” side quest.

39. What’s Your Sign? (5G) — Completed the “Shadow Play” side quest.

40. Whatever Doesn’t Kill You… (10G) — Escaped the Radio Station Otherworld.

41. Will Work For Food (5G) — Completed the “Homeless” side quest. — This is done in the Pearl Creek section, just outside the park, on Laymond Avenue. The homeless man by the fire will ask for 3 items to help you on your way. After the candy bar and coat, he’ll ask for a fishing rod. Note: You can find the fishing rod two ways. On Normal difficulty it’s across the street behind the building. On Hard difficulty it’s near the one on easy but when you cut between the buildings, hug the building on the right and you’ll find it by the spillway.
