This habit would not kill you, just make you pass out. The only risk of death involved with this habit is for your poor character.

I haven’t had any issues like holding my breath or anything like that but as a kid when playing the regular NES like Mario or Contra I remember using the controller to jump and move and pulled the controller out of the socket too many times that I broke myself of that habit and then when the Wii came out I had to “retrain” myself to actually move the controller to do certain things. All these years of not moving the controller to jump or move and now you have to. Oh well.

Oh yeah, this is totally me. I also tend to jump when my characters do and let out karate yells when I attack… I mean when *my character* attacks ^_^
