The release of Starbreeze Studios’ upcoming first-person shooter is drawing near! Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect with this action packed launch trailer!

The game takes place in the year 2069, where the world is no longer governed by politicians but divided into regions controlled by mega-corporations, known as Syndicates. Syndicates have revolutionised the way in which consumers interact with the digital world through the usage of neural chip implants. With these neural chip implants, consumers are able to access the world’s data and control technology as well as enjoy everything that their selected Syndicate has to offer, such as: jobs, housing, medical, education, banking, insurance and entertainment. But in return, the Syndicates have gained unprecedented insights and control over the individuals, and their behaviour. The Syndicates will stop at nothing for ultimate market dominance, and with little government oversight – business has become war.

Here’s the Syndicate 2012 Launch Trailer:

Syndicate will be released on February 21st in North America, and February 24th in Europe for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Microsoft Windows.

The Style of the game looks VERY Human Revelution with the chips implanted in peoples brains. It’s all very ‘Mark of the Beast’ like haha. Needing the chips to buy, sell access information while the poor cannot do anything!
