My favorite dialog of the game so far is from this “Priority: Tuchanka – Shroud Facility” mission, because you just know that Wrex thinks Shepard’s complaint is excitement, haha!
Wrex: Shepard, get that second hammer going!
Shepard: There’s a REAPER in my way, Wrex!
Wrex: I know! You get all the fun!

But Mordin’s death is not in vain. As a result from curing the Genophage (that he helped create) after this mission the krogan clans will agree to throw their considerable might against the Reapers. Their shock troops are aggressive, relentless, and recklessly brave. And incombination with turian troops and transports, they make a mean attacking army to stop the Reapers in their path.

Mission: N7 – Cerberus Fighter Base (Noveria)
Admiral Hackett has requested assistance with a Cerberus fighter base on Noveria (in the Horsehead Nebula’s Pax system). Land on Noveria to disable the base’s defenses.
Noveria is a small, frozen, terrestrial world, barely habitable by conventional definitions. It is privately chartered by the Noveria Development Corporation, who lease out labs for research too dangerous or controversial to be performed elsewhere. The war has brought significant attention to this otherwise obscure planet. Noveria is home to some of the most advanced research in the galaxy, a sure magnet for Cerberus interest.
