Here’s the list of this week’s video game releases. As expected for most of January, no big new releases.
New on the downloadable games front is:
- On the PlayStation Store ScaryGirl (PSN), Duke Nukem: Forever, Mortal Kombat 2011 (PS3) become available (updates Tuesday).
- While on Xbox Live Marketplace Puddle, Quarrel (XBLA) get added (updates Wednesday)
- The Wii Shop, DSiWare & 3DS eShop‘s games are unknown, but Europe gets the GameBoy’s Balloon Kid (3DS), The Very Hungry Caterpillar’s ABCs (Wii), Double Bloob, Successfully Learning Mathematics: Year 3 (DSi) for download (updates Thursday).
- On Steam there’s SOL: Exodus.
The new retail releases are:

- Cradle of Rome 2 (PC)
- Dark Tales 3: Edgar Allen Poe’s The Premature Burial (PC)
- Emergency 2012 (PC)
- Fairway Fever (PC)
- The Sims 3: Master Suite Stuff (PC, Mac)
- Tropico 3 Gold Edition (Mac)
- Tropico Trilogy (PC)
