Key Features of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

Here is a list of key elements that will be available in Ubisoft Paris’ Ghost Recon: Future Soldier based on news and announcements made so far.

    Camera Shifts
The game is a third-person shooter for most of the game, except when aiming using sights, or when firing from cover, where the game will switch to first-person view in order to facilitate more precise aiming.

    Kinect Compatibility
The Xbox Kinect will allow an impressive level of customization right down to the gas management parts of every gun. While customizing weapons, the player is also allowed to test their creations in a simulated environment. Voice control is also used in weapon creation, in addition to hand movements.

    Optical Camouflage
A new feature in the series is the “optical camouflage”, which is a form of active camouflage that allows the Ghosts to become instantly invisible.

    Cover
Cover can be destroyed, forcing the players to constantly seek other hiding spots.
