The Eye of Magnus

In this side quest use the Staff of Magnus to enter the College of Winterhold. With the Staff of Magnus recovered, it’s time to assault the College of Winterhold and strike down Ancano.

Tip: If you need help sneaking across dungeons and caves, get the “Detect Life” spell for 99 Gold at Edgar’s Discount Spells in the Imperial City market district. It’s said this skill is very useful for thieves, because it sees anything alive or undead no matter how dark the location, even the mist is visible through walls.

A Blade in the Dark

Talk to Delphine to locate the dragon burial site in Kynesgrove. Delphine believes that dragons are coming back to life and that the next one will resurrect near the town of Kynesgrove. Kill the dragon called Sahloknir to convince Delphine you’re Dragonborn, as she promises to fully explain who she is and what she wants with you.
