Skyrim Perks List Leaked

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Perks list has been leaked with a whole gaggle of Perks being revealed by someone who kept track of them while playing a pre-release version.

Without further ado, here is the list!

How to get all the perks?

Every time you level up you get one point to spend. You can spend the point in any perk skill tree, as long as your skill is high enough. For example: You can only spend points in sneak after your sneak skill is 20+.

Speech Perks

1. Buying and selling price 10% better (5 ranks)
2. 10% price buying from opposite sex
3. Invest in shops and increase available gold permanently in invested stores
4. Master Trader – every merchant in world gains 1000 gold for bartering
5. Buy and sell from any merchant regardless of what they normally buy and sell
6. Intimidation attempts twice as successful
7. Persuasion attempts more likely successful

Alchemy Perks

1. Potions 20% stronger (5 ranks)
2. Potions for restore health, magicka or stamina are 25% more powerful (maybe ranked)
3. Poisons 25% more effective (maybe ranked)
4. Poisons last for twice as many hits
5. Two ingredients are gathered from plants
6. 50% resistance to all poisons
7. All negative effects removed from potions and all positive removed from poisons
8. 2 effects of an ingredient are revealed when testing it for the first time (instead of just one)
9. Another (unclear recording, sorry!)

Illusion Perks

1. Dual casting overcharges effect for more powerful spell
2. Cast Novice spells for 50% less magicka
3. Cast Apprentice spells for 50% less magicka
4. Cast Adept, Expert, Master etc spells for 50% less magicka (more levels this time around)
5. Spells work on higher level animals
6. Spells work on higher level people
7. All spellcasting (from ANY school) is done silently
8. Spells work on undead, daedra and automatons
9. One I genuinely didn’t understand, and it wasn’t clear on the recording either – something about “Kindred Mage” or something.
10. Fear spells work on higher level enemies

Conjuration Perks

1. Novice for 50% magicka etc (up to Master)
2. Dual casting overcharges –> greater spell effect
3. Bound weapons do more damage
4. Bound weapons cast Soul Trap on target
5. Bound weapons banish certain creatures (and I think summon creature in their place, not 100% on that though, dodgy recording)
6. Reanimate undead with 100 more health
7. Summon 2 Atronachs or reanimated zombies
8. Summon Atronachs at twice the distance
9. Summoned Atronachs twice as strong

Destruction Perks

1. More damage for each school (fire, frost and shock) – ranked
2. Novice for 50% magicka etc.
3. Shock damage chance to disintegrate targets if their health is under 10%
4. Frost damage chance to paralyse targets if health low
5. Fire damage chance to make low health enemies flee
6. Place runes 5x farther away

Restoration Perks

1. Healing spells also restore stamina
2. Novice for 50% less magicka etc
3. Healing spells do 50% more healing
4. Something about recharging healing spells (sorry about poor recording quality, it was in my pocket!)
5. More is recharged with each hit with healing spells (again, sorry not 100% sure what this means!)
6. Spells more effective against undead
7. Once a day chance to autocast 250HP restoration when health drops low
8. Magicka regenerates 25% faster

Alteration Perks

1. Novice for 50% less etc
2. Alteration spells have greater duration (probably ranked)
3. Absorb 30% magicka that hits you
4. Another couple – bad recording again

Enchanting Perks

1. Enchants are 20% stronger (ranked)
2. Enchanted armour 25% stronger
3. “Soul gems provide extra magicka for recharging” – again, dodgy recording but that’s what I heard, even if it doesn’t make much sense
4. Death blows to creatures but not people trap souls for weapon recharge
5. Health, magicka and stamina enchants stronger
6. Extra effect on already-enchanted weapon can be applied
7. Shock, Frost and Fire enchants 25% stronger (individual perks for each element) (probably ranked)

Heavy Armor Perks

1. Increase armour rating 20% (5 ranks)
2. Unarmed attacks with heavy armour gauntlets – damage increased by gauntlets’ armour rating
3. Half fall damage if all in heavy armour
4. Heavy armour weighs nothing and doesn’t slow you at all
5. Additional 25% armour if in matching set
6. 25% armour bonus if all in heavy armour (not necessarily matching)
7. 50% less stagger if all in heavy armour
8. 10% damage reflected back to enemy if all in heavy armour

Two-Handed Weapons

1. 2h weapons do 20% more damage (5 ranks)
2. Attacks with warhammers ignore 25% armour (ranked)
3. Attacks with battleaxes do extra bleeding damage (ranked)
4. Attacks with greatswords do extra critical damage (ranked)
5. Power attacks cost 25% less stamina
6. Standing power attacks do 25% bonus damage, chance to decapitate
7. Sprinting power attacks do double (critical) damage
8. Sideways power attacks hit all targets
9. Backwards power attacks have 25% chance of paralysis

Archery Perks

1. Bows do 25% more damage
2. Zoom in
3. Zooming slows time
4. 10% crit chance
5. Move faster with drawn bow
6. Recover twice as many arrows from dead bodies
7. 50% chance of paralysing for few seconds (might be 15%, can’t really hear…)
8. Draw bow 30% faster
9. Another about arrows – can’t hear

Sneak Perks

1. 20% harder to detect (ranked)
2. Sneak attacks do 6x damage with 1h weapons
3 Sneak attacks with bows do 3x damage
– Sneak attacks with daggers do 15x damage (end perk on skill tree)
– Noise from armour reduced 50%
– No longer activate pressure plates
– Sprinting while sneaking performs silent forward roll
– Running does not affect detection chance
– Crouching can make hostile enemies lose sight of you and search for a target
