ABBA You Can Dance Announced For Wii

ABBA You Can Dance has been announce exclusively for Wii as an all-new Dancing title from publisher Ubisoft.

The game allows up to four players to dance and two players to sing along to the onscreen lyrics to professionally choreographed routines based on the popular Swedish pop band’s live performances.

At least 25 of ABBA’s greatest hits will be included in the game, such as ‘Dancing Queen,’ ‘Mamma Mia,’ ‘Take a Chance on Me’ and ‘Waterloo.’ The game will also feature a mini-musical mode, allowing players to act out a love story inspired by ABBA’s music.

Geoffroy Sardin, Ubisoft’s chief marketing and sales officer, said: “With ABBA You Can Dance, players can dance, they can jive, and they can have the time of their lives, all thanks to ABBA’s music and Ubisoft’s latest entertaining dance video game.”

ABBA You Can Dance is being developed by Ubisoft Paris, the development studio that created the Just Dance series, in conjunction with Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Bucharest. It will be released this November 2011 worldwide.
