ACT 3 Collectibles
Chapter 1: Unbreakable
Collectible #21: Anvil Gate Plaque
You will find this collectible at the beginning of the chapter just after the cutscene ends. It will be hanging on a wall support post behind you to your left.
Collectible #22: Watercolor Painting
You will find this collectible on the right pathway starting from the beginning of the chapter. It will be hanging on a wall inside of the first large room on the right side.
Collectible #23: Sam’s Father’s Medals
You will find this collectible near the front gate that needs to be defended. You will get to the front gate by taking the left path from the beginning of the chapter and then once you reach the front gate continue to head around to the opposite side hallway. Then at the end of the hallway there will be a small room on your right, it will be lying on the ground inside here with ammunition.
Chapter 2: Rescue
Collectible #24: Journal
You will find this collectible in the area where you have to kill the Lambent Zerker. It will be lying on the ground behind the round circular structure in the middle. There will also be a pack of ammunition lying next to it.
Chapter 3: Breakneck Run
There are no collectibles in this chapter.
Chapter 4: Ghost Town
Collectible #25: Panicked Note
You will find this collectible just after you have disabled the pipeline charges and meet the crazy old man. It will be down the stairs once the cutscene ends lying on the ground on the right side. The Scorcher Flamethrower will also be lying on the ground next to it.
Collectible #26: Message
You will find this collectible shortly after you exit the sewers and when you climb up the ladder to enter the town hall. It will be lying on the ground in front of a closed door all the way down the hallway to the left as soon as you are inside. Make sure to grab this before you go down the stairs.
Chapter 5: Brothers to the End
Collectible #27: Air Raid Shelter Sign
You will find this collectible just after you enter the church. It will be to the left posted on a wooden support post after you chainsaw through the wood blocking your way through the doorway. Make sure to grab this before using the elevator.
