Chapter 1: Home Away from Home
There are no COG tags in this chapter.
Chapter 2: Blackout
COG Tag #13
You will find this COG tag at the beginning of the chapter after taking the elevator. You will first need to grab the Silverback from the garage before taking the elevator. Then once you have it, find Storage Hallway 3 and on the left side near the end of the hallway you will find a metal barricaded door. Finally use the Silverback to kick this door down and it will be lying on the ground in the far right corner of this room.
Chapter 3: Shattered Paradise
COG Tag #14
You will find this COG tag just after finding Collectible #38 “Diary” and heading through the next doorway to eliminate the final Siege Beast crew. It will be lying on the ground on the opposite side of the hallway from where you enter at next to 2 benches.
Chapter 4: Thresold
There are no COG tags in this chapter.
Chapter 5: Ascension
COG Tag #15
You will find this COG tag after you have escaped from Queen Myrrah and head towards Professor Adam Fenix, your Dad, by taking the elevator again. When Jack stops the elevator and the service hatch door opens, it will be lying on the ground behind the wooden crates and near video game arcade machines in the dead end area to the right side.
