Here is another Spotlight On video. Todays topic? “Video Game Scores”

Hello again everyone! Here is my new spotlight on video, please feel free to leave your comments on the subject in the comment section below! Next week I will be filming an E3 Special Trailer Talk video

What are your favorite video game scores?

And just a quick side-note here, I was feeling a little run down today so excuse my rough-lookage and if I sound a bit more british here I’ve been watching a lot of The Hotel Inspector and Made in Chelsea… it’s affecting me lol! :p

I’ve got to admit to being addicted to a lot of “themed” scores. I adore the Hitman scores, Beyond Good and Evil, Uncharted 1 & 2, and I really liked the way the music in Assassins Creed gave it a sense of epic-ness. And thanks Ferry I now have the Mario theme stuck in my head! LOL Great video Meg as always!

Its true that some game scores stuck in with me like in Mass Effect 2 or MW2 when your character die a sad music starts to play and it fits the atmosphere well . the game score really does bring that felling of epic and interactivity with the story .Thanks Meg ,and great idea waiting for the E3 vid

One of the earliest themes I think to really compliment a game was the original Tonb Raider theme before that Monty On The Run was a definite favourite.

prince of persia 2008, uncharted 2, mass effect 2, assassins creed series got the best OST’s

Agreed, the Suicide Mission track in particular in ME2 is magnificent!

Ooooh I just got goosebumps when “Ordinary Vanity” and “This is Your Story” came on. My body remembers it as though it lived through the game, heh.
