Alice: Madness Returns Hysteria Mode revealed

Spice Horse’s upcoming Alice: Madness Returns releases on June 14th, and with the date nearly upon us (I’m so excited! AND I JUST CAN’T HIDE IT!) some new information and details have been revealed to keep the blood pumping in our veins.

One of Alice’s key weapons to fight off the twisted, chaotic, demonic world’s fiends includes a visually striking and oh-so-cute-but-deadly ability known as the “Hysteria” attack.

This is how the developer describes it:

“Similar to the feeling of super power that players felt when using the “Rage Box” item in American McGee’s Alice, “Hysteria” acts as a conduit for Alice’s intense rage and desire to win against her psychological demons. The new mode offers players a powerful and bloody way to pull Alice back from the brink of death and lay waste to her enemies.”
