Dragon Age 3 confirmed via job listings

Dragon Age 3 is apparently already under conception/production confirmed some job listings.

Of course, this will come as a surprise to absolutely no one, but it is still interesting to have the game confirmed.

The job listing was spotted as posted by Senior director of creative development Alistair McNally who tweeted that he was looking for “Exceptional environment artists to join me at #BioWare Edmonton, Canada to work on DragonAge3.”

Making it even more legit was the fact that Mass Effect 2 gameplay designer Christina Noman ReTweeted the tweet.

All of this comes only two months after Dragon Age 2 was released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC by Bioware and is the first mention of a follow-up to Dragon Age 2. Mass Effect 3 meanwhile was recently delayed to 2012, but will be a big focus at E3 2011.

It will probabely total garbage like Mass effect In a Fantasy Skin aka Dragon Age 2 was. But maybe they wills ee sense and make it like Dragon Age Origins but better. Hopefully.

I think the developers at BioWare do a pretty good job listening to complaints and fixing them for upcoming games, so maybe they’ll do just that for Dragon Age 3.

BioWare should allow the main character in Dragon Age 3 to either become a dragon as a Mage, be able to ride and attack with a dragon as a Warrior or allow the Rouge to call upon drakes i.e. (x2) in a tight jam. Having better and more unique weapons and armor would be a plus. Having the character Varric in Dragon Age 2 was pretty good he made a great side-kick.

It would be interesting if you got to play as Morrigan’s son. But who knows.
