LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End trailer

Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game block ships ahoy!
Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game will be released on May 10th in North America, May 13th in Europe and May 19th in Australia for virtually every system under the sun, including PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, 3DS, DS, and PSP.

As with previous games in the awesome and beloved licensed Lego series from Traveller’s Tales, this game will cover all of the mega-popular Pirates of the Caribbean movies including the upcoming movie, which opens in theaters on May 20th, 2011 in America and May 18th in Europe.

As mentioned above, a new film in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise gave Traveller’s Tales an excuse to create a Lego videogame where they could incorporate all of the previous movies as well as the new one. This is something they have done very successfully with their previous games including Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, all of which feature both the newest and past films turned into sections of the videogame.

Here is a trailer for LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean, focusing on the At World’s End sections of the game.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean will cover the following films:

  • Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
  • Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest
