Nintendo 3DS unboxing

Buy the Aqua Blue Nintendo 3DS on Amazon
I finally got myself a Nintendo 3DS system, and thought I’d unbox it so that you can see what is contained inside. 😀

As all of our readers know well by now, the Nintendo 3DS is Nintendo’s latest handheld system, and offers glasses-free stereoscopic 3D graphics that are truly a wonder to behold.

The system overall is smaller than the Nintendo DSi XL which to this big DSi XL user was a bit of a disappointment, but I knew going in that the 3DS was smaller in size so I was prepared for it. Still at least the top screen is longer than on the normal DSi system screens. And of course, IT’S IN THREE DEEE!

Here is part 1 of my 3DS unboxing.

And here is part 2, where I look at the actual system itself.

Sorry for the somewhat poor recording, I am truly a novice and need to learn spacial reasoning skills (keeping it in the frame) and the picture also came out somewhat blurry. I may re-record the second video but oh well.

Inside of the 3DS box you get:

  • One Nintendo 3DS game system.
  • One Nintendo 3DS Charging Cradle.
  • One 2GB SD Memory Card
  • One Nintendo 3DS AC Adapter (A normal DSi or DSi XL doesn’t work with the 3DS contrary to what I suggest in the video)
  • One Nintendo 3DS stylus (which stretches to a bigger size or contracts to a smaller size)
  • One pack of six AR Cards (For the Alternate Reality Channel. They include: Mario Bros. Coin Box, Mario, Link, Kirby, Samus, and Pikmin).
  • Operations Manuel, Quick-Star Guides, Operations Manuel, Club Nintendo card and a Nintendo Power sign-up card.
  • While the system comes pre-loaded with the following Channels: Nintendo 3DS Camera, Nintendo 3DS Sound, Mii Maker, AR Games, Face Raiders, Mii Plaza and the Activity Log, with the eShop coming and Internet Browser coming soon.
