The official American 3DS launch games list has been announced and there will be 16 games at launch.
Nintendo claims that there are “18”, but it looks like they are including the pre-loaded titles in their numbering (Face Raiders, VR Games. Mii Maker is also included). The 3DS release date in America is March 27th, 2011 with a release of March 25th in Europe and March 31st in Australia.
3DS games will be priced at $40 ($39.99) as the suggested retail price. Three of the games in the launch title are Nintendo-developed, while the rest are third-party. Overall, a pretty satisfactory list with something for everyone.
