Location: Centro South, Palazzo Senatorio
You will find this feather at the Palazzo Senatorio landmark on the rooftop of the middle building.
Feather Location #7
Location: Antico West
You will find this feather on top of the column in the northern most town of Antico. You will need to use the grab button in order to reach the first column you jump to in order to get on it.
Feather Location #8
Location: Antico East, Colosseum
You will find this feather at the top Colosseum just slightly north on the west side of it.
Feather Location #9
Location: Antico East
You will find this feather on top of a column at the southeast corner of the Colosseum.
Feather Location #10
Location: Tiber District
You will find this feather on top of a column in the northwest area of the Tiber District (Centro).
If you have completed Sequence 5 this area will be familiar to you, if not, it will be when you get to Sequence 5. It will be the memory that deals with the Banker. The feather will be in the columns above where you need to assassinate him in, though you may not want to get it then.
