Fable 3 Gnomes Locations Guide (Xbox 360)

Our Fable 3 Gnomes locations guide shows you where and how to find each and every one of the 50 hidden Gnomes scattered around the Xbox 360 adventure.

There are a total of 50 Gnomes to find by shooting them. In order to start this side-quest you’ll need to first complete the “Gnomes Are Great” side-quest early on in the game. Then leave town, come back and speak to Jonathan near Brightwall Academy who will tell you that Gnomes have escaped. That will make the “Gnomes Are Evil!” side-quest open up. Collecting all of the 50 will complete the “Gnomes Are Evil!” side-quest. Find them by listening for their voices. Talk to Jonathan in Brightwall Village once you’ve found all 50 to collect your reward.

Destroying all 50 of the Gnomes will also earn you the “Gnome Invasion” Achievement worth 30 gamerscore.

Gnome Locations in Brightwall Village

Gnome #1: You will find this Gnome when you start the Gnomes Are Evil! Quest from Brian. It will be inside of Jonathan’s house as soon as you enter across the room to the left on the wall. Brian will setup a glowing trail for you to easily find it up the hill. You will get the Gnomes Are Evil! Quest after completing the Gnomes Are Great! Quest.

Gnome #2: You will find this Gnome on top of a chimney on the side of a house that is to the left down and down the path as you cross the first small bridge when you enter Brightwall Village.

Gnome #3: You will find this Gnome on top of a rock behind the Bumbler’s Gruff home. This house will be up the hill on the path to the right after you travel under the bridge on the main path.

Gnome #4: You will find this Gnome near the corner of a large column in between two smaller columns. It will be to the right as you head down the steps after completing the moving platforms.

Gnome #5: You will find this Gnome on the side of a large column coming up just after you have dived into the water. It will also be right before the secret room where you use the fire spell to open.

Gnome Locations in the Dweller Camp

Gnome #6: You will find this Gnome on the side of the short stone wall along the path up the hill. It will be just before the wooden fence and you can see it, shoot it and collect it from down the hill.

Gnome Locations in Mercenary Camp

Gnome #7: You will find this Gnome on top of the water tower that is past the first camp area and just before the next hill that leads to the arena. It is also to the left of a log home.

Gnome Locations in Mistpeak Valley

Gnome #8: You will find this Gnome on top of the frozen waterfall to the right of the Demon Door.

Gnome #9: You will find this Gnome near the very top of the hill in Mistpeak Valley, further up past the path to Brightwall Village. Keep going straight ahead as you cross the 2nd bridge as you proceed up the hill. It will be on the rocks outside of a camp area overlooking part of the hill.

Gnome #10: You will find this Gnome up the hill from the Monorail Station. It will be on top of a rock to the right. There will also be a silver key here at the top of the hill if you have not collected it.

Gnome #11 (Chillbreath Caverns): You will find this Gnome at the top of the cavern on the stalactites just as you enter the cavern from the right entrance that is near the Demon Door on higher ground.

Gnome #12 (Chillbreath Caverns): You will find this Gnome on top of a tall stalagmite inside of a large frozen lake. Take the entrance that is up the hill from the Monorail Station to get to this Gnome.

Gnome #13 (The Hole): You will find this Gnome hanging on a lamppost to the left of the wrecked monorail train. The wrecked monorail train is down the hill as soon as you get off the elevator.

Gnome #14 (The Hole): You will find this Gnome high up the wall just inside of the arena entrance on the right side.

I had already gotten 47 of the 50 gnomes when I had to look up a walk-through, the last 3 were eluding me:( 1 in mourningwood, 1 in mistpeak valley, and 1 in the enigma of the veiled path…this guide was greatly appreciated! The only annoying part was to try and remember which ones I’d already gotten to in mistpeak, and basically having to go to each of the 7 locations just to see if I’d gotten that particular gnome yet! (I have a horrible memory:) Thank you for making this walk through:)

Ok i know this may stupid but my question is i have looked on youtube for the gnomes and when i am on the game and i go to the places they are suppose to be there is none there what am i doing wrong?

@Candace Shuler and reaper As it says before the guide starts, you need to first complete the “Gnomes Are Great” side-quest.

Then leave the town and come back and speak to Jonathan near Brightwall Academy and he will tell you the Gnomes have escaped and a new side-quest called “Gnomes Are Evil!” will now be available. Now you can go ahead and see/get these Gnomes.
