Solid Snake Outfit
To look like Solid Snake, you can unlock some Metal Gear Solid-related gear by simply beating the game once. You can then turn it on in the Extras menu. Huzzuh!
Cheats Menu
To unlock the cheats menu in the game. Go into the Extras menu and the press the following buttons:
Xbox 360: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A. (Konami Code for the win!)
PS3: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, O, X.
Note that activating the Cheats Menu will disable Trophies or Achievements from being earnable as well as locking your save file, preventing you from saving! Use at your own risk!
Unlockable Gear
Just like with the Solid Snake bandanna, you can also unlock an Eye Patch by simply beating the game once.
Prevent Swapping Discs (Xbox 360)
If you don’t want to swap discs, an easy way to solve this problem is to instal the first disc onto your harddrive. Then once you beat the game, you will not have to swap again and you can just keep disc two in your drive. This will allow you to replay all of the levels because the first disc is already saved on the hard drive, while disc 2 is in the drive.
