Resident Evil: Afterlife actors quote lines from the original game!

In the “so stupid it’s awesome” category, check out this video of the cast of Resident Evil: Afterlife reading some infamous corny quotes from the original PlayStation 1 Resident Evil game from 1996!

As a huge fan of the the original Resident Evil 1 game and a hardcore follower of Resident Evil, I find this video to be quite amusing.

It’s up to you to decide which is better, the original quotes or the re-reading of them by the film’s cast.

On a side-note, I really enjoyed Resident Evil: Afterlife. I saw it in theaters, in 2D, and thought it was the best film in the franchise so far. Unlike most, I hated the first and third films (I saw all of them outside the original in theaters) but liked the 2nd the most. I guess I’m just more of an action guy when it comes to these films since they butcher the horror angle IMO and strayed so far from the plot of the games. However I loved seeing the entire cast of the games pretty much converge with the film’s Alice character in Afterlife. I wasn’t disappointed, but I do recommend people wait and watch it on DVD instead of seeing in theaters.
