PAX expo may go international. PAX Prime 2010 topped 67,000 visitors

The outlandishly successful PAX (or Penny Arcade Expo) may be going international, if masterminds Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik choose to add a third show into the mix of “PAX Prime” and “PAX East”, say the duo.
And why would they consider adding a third show?
Because PAX Prime 2010 exceeded a whopping Sixty Seven THOUSAND attendees. Need numerical form? Okay here: 67,600, to be exact.
This makes it the biggest videogame exhibition/tradeshow in the United States that is open to the public. No small feat and it’s crazy when you think that the two guys who started a webcomic. A WEBCOMIC! Have created something so huge.
With there now being two shows in the U.S., the obvious extension would be a third show held internationally. Although it’s only talk, the duo states that if there were to be a third show, it’d be in a country they want to visit personally (Japan, I imagine?).
The next PAX Expo will be PAX EAST 2011.
Here is an extensive and fun look at the show floor of PAX Prime 2010.
