World of Warcraft real-life coins make you say WOW

World of Warcraft Coin Set
World of WarCraft coin collectors will say WOW when they see the new real-life coins based off of the in-game currency in the popular MMO.

Created by DC Direct, these snazzy Coins come in either Bronze, Silver, or Gold flavors and each one features a faction leader on the front and one of the game’s major city’s pressed on the back.

“Each coin of this set from DC Direct is plated in a precious metal and features a Major Alliance Leader on one side with their corresponding city on the opposite side.

The 24 karat gold-plated coin of the Human Military Leader of the Alliance: King Varian Wrynn of Stormwind measures approx. 1.625″ in diameter. The sterling silver-plated coin of the Dwarven King: Magni Bronzebeard of Iron Forge measures approx. 1.375″ in diameter. The copper-plated coin of the Night Elf High Priestess: Tyrande Whisperwind of Silvermoon measures approx. 1.25″ in diameter.

All coins are approx. 0.125″ thick and are removable from the box. A non-removable commemorative metal Alliance emblem plaque is also included.

Ready for desktop/wall display in a black, hinged wooden box (approx. 6.25″ W x 3.25″ D x .75″ H) with a glass window and flocked, vacu-formed tray. Packed in a protective self-shipper.”

Snazzy indeed. Currently the coin set will cost you $60 buckaroos (of real cash, not in-game WoW gold, silly) and you can buy the World of Warcraft Coin Set now. Be hurry, I’m sure with all the WoW players out there that these sets won’t last.

I’m not even into WoW and I hear that coin set calling my name…. It’d definitely be a cool collectable to have! Anyone here thinking of buying a set for either Horde or Alliance?
