The World of Blacklight: Tango Down shown in dev diary

Blacklight: Tango Down screenshot. Seeing through walls!
Don’t judge a game by it’s name. Blacklight: Tango Down is a futuristic military shooter where players get to take advantage of many high-tech devices due to the player’s visor, which allows them to see through walls and easily locate opponents as they battle it out in a run down European city.

I know that I’m not exactly caught up on any sort of military lingo, but the name of the game sounded stupid to me (I’ll probably feel like an idiot when I look up it’s meaning, since I’m sure it has one). So I wasn’t prepared for the awesomeness that is shown in this developer documentary.

And this game looks quite good graphically despite it being a downloadable title, which is coming to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network as well as the PC.

Here’s the synopsis:
In the near-future, the Blacklight Tango Team has been sent to find recently missing Colonol Klein and his personal Blacklight team in the city of Balik. The country has recently broken out in war after the assassination of the president. The rebel group that had killed the president The Order, is thought to have captured or killed the missing Blacklight team. Tango Team prepares to attack The Order’s headquarters when Blacklight command informs them that civilians have been infected with an unknown virus, causing them to attack everyone they encounter. As they engage the Order in combat, both sides are attacked by crazed civilians. Because the circumstances have changed, Tango Team is ordered to stop The Order at all costs… ”
