Infamous 2 is coming and will get the full reveal treatment thanks to the latest issue of Game Informer, who has the exclusive cover-story.
Infamous was a 2009 hit by developer Sucker Punch (the makers of Sly Cooper) that saw open-world gameplay supercharged with an electric-powered superhero named Cole. Naturally, a sequel was not a matter of “if” but “when”. Since the game sold nearly 2 million copies.
The bar promises to be raised in the sequel, which will feature a redesigned Cole, a new city, new powers for players to play around with and a powerful new villain.
We’re also sure to see much more on the game at E3 2010.
