Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands Sarcophagus Locations 1-21 on Video & List

    Sarcophagus #1

Near the exit of “The Stables”, climb to the top of the octagonal-shaped room, to locate the first sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #2

Jump to this platform beneath the circular switch you have to turn on to progress in “The Fortress Courtyard”.

    Sarcophagus #3

After the spiked floors, drop off the main path in “The Fortress Courtyard” and slide right along a series of ledges to reach this sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #4

Near the exit of “The Prison”, activate the switch to open the gate and as you quickly go past the dangers thrown at you to roll under the closing door. But wait, don’t exit this prison yet, go right to climb the wall, go right again to find the fourth sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #5

At the start of “The Sewer” when you’re climbing the frozen water spout, from there jump towards the beam. Use the frozen water spout again to reach a second beam above the first one. Once there, you’ll be able to jump over a gap to reach the sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #6

Near the exit of “The Sewer”, walk the side-path on the left. Then freeze the water to swing across the gap, and you’ll be able to reach the sarcophagus on the other end.

    Sarcophagus #7

Later on you’ll enter a room in “The Royal Chambers” with a water spout on the left with switches to its sides. Freeze the water and now that it’s solid use it to jump towards each switch. You’ll find the sarcophagus behind a door that opens after activating both switches.

    Sarcophagus #8

In the middle of “The Royal Chambers” you’ll get to a waterfall on both sides of the room, with two accompanying water spouts. Once the water is frozen, jump up to the second water spout, and in turn use it to jump right towards the waterfall… but mid-air quickly unfreeze your ability, so you’ll go straight through the waterfall and land on a ledge. Then climb up to find your collectable.

    Sarcophagus #9

Near the exit of “The Royal Chambers”, to the right of the water wheel room is a ledge you need to jump on and continue from without freezing the water. Now do a wall run up from the ledge to reach the wall. Jump off said wall to reach a pole. Jump off said pole to another ledge, and move left across it to find the collectable sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #10

You’ll find this one at the start of the first chamber in “The Throne Room”. Simply climb up the left wall, and jump across the frozen poles, to reach the balcony at the top.

    Sarcophagus #11

In “The Terrace”. On your way down the part where you slide down multiple banners, you should see the Sarcophagus. Once you reach the enemies on the lower level, climb the ledges nearby the colorful mosaics. Wall run up the right ledge (kill the enemies or just ignore them). Do another wall run to reach the collectible sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #12

At “The Rooftop Gardens”, you’ll find it directly after entering and seeing the cutscene. Afterwards, run to where he was standing and you’ll see the Sarcophagus behind the Palm Tree that’s midway through the Rooftop Gardens.

    Sarcophagus #13

Find it at “The Rooftop Gardens”. When you are in the large octagon-shaped platform fighting off legions of enemies and have taken care of them, DO NOT use your Flight Power to reach the other side of the gap. Instead, turn to the leftside waterfall, jump to the nearby ledge, and leap to pass through the waterfall above it. By climbing up the wall here, you’ll find this Sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #14

Located in “The Aqueducts”, when the vultures appear after defeating the enemies on the half-circle platform, do not jump up to the vultures. Instead, go to the left edge of the platform, jump down and freeze the water spouts in mid-air. Use them to find the Sarcophagus behind a waterfall.

    Sarcophagus #15

In “The Ruins of Rekem”. When you jump off the frozen water spout to the wooden beam, before exiting the temple, you will notice that you can take a left or right route. Head left and use the Left Bumper to make a platform appear to your left. Jump onto it and to the alcove above that has the Sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #16

Also found in “The Ruins of Rekem.” Directly after finding the previous Sarcophagus, you’ll slide down a banner to exit the temple and you find yourself at a door. Jump over the nearby railing above the waterfall to your left, and make your way through the waterfall to find this secret Sarcophagus in a dead-end passage.

    Sarcophagus #17

This one is found in “Rekem’s Throne Room”. You’ll probably notice this Sarcophagus in the cutscene. To find it, turn left as you approach the Throne. Climb up the rocky wall and head forward. When swinging from the final pole, jump off and grab the ledge against the wall. Now move hand over hand along the wall and use the Left Bumper button to solidify the wall. Wall run left now and drop down. Then run up and grab the first ledge, shimmy left, wall run and jump over to the opposing ledge. Now shimmy right, and drop down to the ledge below you. Use the Left Bumper again to solidify the wooden platform below you and drop down to it. Now walk to the middle and use the Left Bumper again to turn it back into air. This will have you fall through where you will land at the Sarcophagus. Phew!

    Sarcophagus #18

Located in “The Rekem Reservoir.” After the Titan troll fight, head over to the waterfall on the left. Go through it and over the following gap. Roll under the small hole at the alcove to find this hidden Sarcophagus.

    Sarcophagus #19

Once you’ve reached the Stone Lion Fountain in “The Rekem Reservoir”, drop off the left side ledge and down into the rocks below. Climb down the rocks and proceed to wall run to a left ledge that you can grasp. Shimmy to the left along the ledge, to find one of the hardest to get and most often missed Sarcophagus in the game.

    Sarcophagus #20

Directly after the cutscene ends in “Solomon’s Vault”, before rotating the statue, look for a round wall switch. Wall run from the bottom floor and jump to an opposite pole. Swing to another pole and jump off to the ledge to reach the switch plate. Now shimmy to the right, then wall run to press the round wall switch to activate it. Immediately after doing so, jump off and head to the closing gate. Run at top speed (or do the quicker rolls in succession) to reach it as soon as possible, and roll through under it before it closes. Once you got it you’ll find the second to last Sarcophagus inside.

    Sarcophagus #21

The final Sarcophagus is found within “The King’s Tower”. As you head up it, use Flight Power to jump and dash across a series of vultures to reach the other side of this platform. As you are using the last vulture, press the Left Bumper in mid-air to solidify the ground. Please note that if you fall to your death at the end there, the game auto-saves leaving you stuck, we have a solution to this Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands game-stopping bug here. Moving on from the last vulture and landing on the solidified ground, don’t go up the ledge, instead you will want to turn right where you’ll see another set of vultures. Follow the them to unveil the final Sarcophagus!

    Congratulations!
