Halo: Reach Limited and Legendary editions have been announced by Microsoft for all the Halo fans and DIE-HARD Halo fans. Yes, there’s a difference.
Releasing this Fall (for all versions), the normal edition of the Halo Reach (with no extras) will cost you $60 green backs.
For all you Halo fans out there, you will probably want to spring for the Halo Reach: Limited Edition at a cost of $80 bucks. Purchasing it will get you the following extras:
* Game disc and manual housed in recovered ONI black box.
* An exclusive Elite armor set for use in multiplayer modes.
* Artifact bag containing Dr. Halsey’s personal journal and other classified documents and effects that unravel long held secrets from the Halo universe.
For the die-hard Halo fans, there is the Halo Reach Legendary Edition at a soul-crushing price-point of $150. Those who shell out that amount of cash will get a very nice figurine along with some other extras. Including:
* Game disc, manual, complete contents of the Limited edition.
* Exclusive 10-inch-tall, 10+ pound Noble Team statue expertly crafted by the artisans at McFarlane Toys. Individually molded, hand-painted and individually numbered. A must-have for series fans.
* Exclusive UNSC-themed custom packaging.
* An exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect.
Each of the special edition sets are now available for pre-order, while supplies last. Naturally, they are expected to sell out quickly, so if you want that Legendary Edition you better jump on it.
