King of Fighters XIII adds Mai to roster this summer
King of Fighters XIII will have beloved big-breasted ninja Mai Shiranui back in the highlight reel as the character has been officially added to the upcoming fighting game’s roster.
This will come as a big deal for series fans, who can breath a sigh of relief now that she has been confirmed, because Mai was completely absent from King of Fighters XII, the last release in the long-running SNK staple series.
The character was revealed during a preview event for the upcoming game in Japan, with artwork that features Mai with her trademark fan weapons, along with the game’s logo, and a note that the game is releasing to Japanese arcades this Summer.
Although the game hasn’t been announced for consoles yet, you can expect it to be released for PS3 and Xbox 360 just as the previous installment was. Which you can hear our thoughts on in our King of Fighters XII video review.
