Just Cause 2 Achievements List
Below is the full list of Achievements for Just Cause 2. Earn the Achievement to get the corresponding amount of GamerPoints added to your GamerScore.
1. A Trusted Ally – Complete 49 faction missions. 20 G
2. Body Count – Kill 750 enemies. 15 G
3. Bridge Limbo – Fly an airplane under 30 unique bridges in Panau. 20 G
There are more than 30 bridges to fly under. In this video I fly under 30 unique bridges.
I also show the map location of each I fly under. So you may need to pause the video if you are having trouble. Though you should not have any problem flying under 30 unique bridges.
If you crash after passing under a bridge, it should be counted but sometimes may not. So check your stats to see if it has been counted, if not, go back to that bridge or fly under another.
4. Conqueror of Panau – Complete 9 stronghold takeovers. 20 G
5. Destroyer – Complete 1000 sabotages. 20 G
6. Destruction Frenzy – Destroy 30 objects in 60 seconds. 10 G
7. Faction Benefactor – Collect 150 faction items. 20 G
8. Finders Keepers – Collect 100 resource items. 15 G
9. First Taste of Chaos – Cause chaos for the first time. 10 G
10. Follow Me! – Kill 5 enemies by dragging them behind a vehicle with the grappling hook. 15 G
You can get this achievement anywhere you want as long as enemies are used (not civilians) and that you have a vehicle with you to attach them to.
It is easier to grapple onto the vehicle first and then shoot the grappling hook at the enemy. Then just get into the vehicle quickly and start driving. Rinse and repeat this 5 times.
11. Freeroamer 1 – Reach 100% complete in 15 locations. 10 G
12. Freeroamer 2 – Reach 100% complete in 100 locations. 20 G
13. Gaining a Foothold – Complete 3 stronghold takeovers 10 G
14. Globetrotter – Discover 100 locations. 20 G
15. Gravity is a Bitch! – Kill 30 enemies by using the grappling hook and making them fall to their death. 15 G
16. Halfway there – Reach 50% completion in the normal mode or mercenary mode. 25 G
17. Hang ’em High! – Kill 30 enemies while they’re suspended in the air with the grappling hook. 15 G
18. Heroic Agent – Bonus for completing the game on Experienced difficulty. 30 G
19. I Believe I Can Fly – Base jump 1000 meters. 10 G
For this achievement you have to base jump 1000 meters from somewhere like a mountain. In my case, I did it from a blimp instead. Far much easier and on one try.
The coordinates for this and the easiest location is X: 29584 m and Y: 11435 m.

20. Invincible Warrior – Kill 50 enemies in a row with inventory weapons without losing health. 20 G
You can lose SOME health. In this video of mine I lose very little health here and there.
There are other locations you can do this at. I think the best location is at the Panau International Airport as the enemies keep respawning here at the hangar up until about 30 of them. Once this happens. Extract to any other location on the map and then extract back to this location and repeat for one final time.
You can not extract to the airport again, you must go elsewhere and then back here. I recommend the Assault Rifle and to keep a good distance from them and you like I do in the video. Lastly, this location is at 3%, it may not work if you have much of this location completed. If it does, then great. If not you could either start another game or find another location where it keeps respawning enemies and extract/extract back.
21. Juggler – Kill 30 enemies while they’re in mid air. 15 G
22. Killing Frenzy – Kill 20 enemies in 60 seconds. 20 G
23. Leaving No Rock Unturned – Collect 1000 resource items. 25 G
24. Legendary Agent – Bonus for completing the game on Hardcore difficulty. 40 G
25. Marksman – Kill 50 enemies with head shots. 15 G
26. Parachute Climber – Open the parachute and then land on foot 300 meters above the starting height. 10 G
For this achievement you have to parachute upwards 300 meters and land in one run. Achievement description is to open the parachute and then land on foot 300 meters above the starting height.
There are many locations you can do this at, and even at other clear mountains like where I am doing this at. It is much easier done in clear mountains and not ones with foliage.
Once you have found a location, to get it started use the grappling hook then open your parachute. Continue to use the grappling hook to swing and get more air so you do not just land.
The coordinates of one easy location to do this around is X: 7024 m and Y: 28801 m.

27. Perfectionist – Reach 75% completion in the normal mode or mercenary mode. 25 G
28. Pinata Party – Kill 5 enemies with the melee attack while they’re suspended with the grappling hook. 15 G
For this achievement you have to kill 5 enemies with the melee attack while they are suspended with the grappling hook.
You can get this achievement at any time of the game. Just either shoot your grappling hook at a location to hang your enemy from (within reach) and then melee attack them or vice versa.
If at the top left corner to the right of your map counts it as a melee kill then it is not a pinata kill. Just try again and do it succesfully 5 times to get the achievement.
29. Please Step Out of the Vehicle – Hijack 50 enemy vehicles. 10 G
30. Professional Hitman – Assassinate 25 colonels. 20 G
31. Road Rage – Kill 30 enemies by mowing them down with vehicles. 10 G
32. Road Trip – Travel 75 kilometers by land vehicle. 20 G
33. Saboteur – Complete 150 sabotages. 10 G
34. Secret Achievement – Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement. 10 G
35. Secret Achievement – Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement. 20 G
36. Secret Achievement – Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement. 30 G
37. Secret Achievement – Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement. 40 G
38. Secret Achievement – Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement. 50 G

41. Stunt Driver – Get 100 stunt driver points. 10 G
42. Stunt Flyer – Fly an airplane close to the ground for 30 seconds. 10 G
For this achievement you have to fly an airplane close to the ground for 30 seconds.
There are many locations you can get this achievement at. This is an easy location where I get mine. I was able to get 50 seconds of flying close to the ground here but you only need 30 secs for this achievement.
The coordinates of one easy location to do this at is X: 19623 m and Y: 22737 m.
I end up ending near X: 23161 m and Y: 20739 m, this road is long enough and does not have hard curves. You can find the coordinates at the top right corner of your map and move the cursor around to find the spot.
43. Test Driver – Drive 30 different vehicles. 10 G
44. Top Agent – Bonus for completing the game on Normal difficulty. 20 G
45. Top of the World – Stand on foot on the highest point of Panau. 10 G
For this achievement you just have to stand on foot at the tallest point of Panau.
The coordinates of this achievement is X: 20538 m and Y: 11836 m.

46. Trying Everything Once – Drive all 104 vehicles. 25 G
47. Unarmed and Dangerous – Kill 50 enemies using melee attacks. 15 G
48. Up to the Challenge 1 – Complete 10 challenges. 10 G
49. Up to the Challenge 2 – Complete 50 challenges. 20 G
50. Wrecking Ball – Kill 5 enemies by smashing them with an object tethered to your vehicle with the grappling hook. 15 G
For this achievement you have to kill 5 enemies by smashing them with an object tethered to your vehicle with the grappling hook.
This achievement is either going to be annoying for you to get or maybe even get lucky and not. I tried many methods and locations that I thought may be easy to do such as using a helicopter to drag. That proved to be more difficult and just a waste of time. I then thought of using an armored vehicle, so I could tether a vehicle to do and drag into enemies. Someone by the name of SJL 4797 on a forum offered a great location since one I knew of no longer spawned there from a mission and another was a bad spot.
Travel to the coordinates of X: 740 m and Y: 13622 m.
Here there will be a race, start it and then take the armored vehicle. Nearby will be Colonel Yuan in a grassy open field. I found tethering the limo was best.
