New Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker release date is June 8, 2010

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker will be released on June 8, 2010 exclusively for the PSP. Europe will get it on June 17th.
Fans of the game who do not yet own a PSP will also be delighted to know that the Japanese MGS: Peace Walker pack WILL be coming stateside. It will launch alongside the standalone game but will include a number of extras in edition to a slick green-colored PSP.
The new METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER PSP Entertainment Pack will include:
* “Spirited Green” PSP-3000 system
* METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER game on UMD
* PlayStation Network downloadable voucher for special in-game content which will be unlocked at the start of the game
* PlayStation Network downloadable movie voucher (US residents only); title TBD

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker marks the return of Hideo Kojima’s world-renowned stealth-action series. This highly-anticipated Metal Gear Solid sequel picks up where Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater for the PlayStation 2 left off.
